About my salsa

My salsa is a Macha style salsa with no oil where I focus more on the flavor of the chili. With simple fresh ingredients I have perfected this amazing salsa that will resonate in your pallet. However, take care as my salsa is spicy and not for the timid folk!

My salsa is the perfect compliment for your morning breakfast like beans and huevos with corn tortillas.

Classic braised shrimp with lime, salt, and Salsa el Güero. Sauté shrimp with shell on to encapsulate the rich flavors. But go easy with the salsa because you only need a drop.

Take a cob of steaming hot corn right off the grill or out of the boiling pot. Layer with mayo and sprinkle with queso fresco. Spread on Salsa el Güero and top with fresh squeezed lime juice. The spicy flavors of the salsa completes this festive treat.
